How can I use instrument control toolbox to control parametric analyzer to measure IV?

I would like to know the example/procedure to control the Agilent parametric analyzer (4155/4156/b1500a) and switch matrix (e5250a) to measure I-V curve (through window 7 with GPIB interface) and read data back to matlab for analysis.
I am using the instrument control toolbox, how to ensure the option is installed/activated on my PC?
