Sensor collocation of TMI and PR of TRMM satellite

I have TMI (1B-11)and PR (2A25) data and a matlab script is required for collocation of two sensors as PR swath is 1/3 of the TMI swath and Parallax correction is required. I have a IDL script for this matter. Can anybody convert that script into Matlab one? Data is in hdf4 file format.
