re-install MATLAB on a different computer

Hi:
Can you help me with a techncial question about MATLAB installation? I currently have MATLAB installed on a computer. I plan to retire that computer and bring a new one - in order to re-install MATLAB on the new computer, per the licensing limit per computer, can you advise me hwo to proceed? Thank you!

Please contact the technical support. Asking a pool of voluntary contributors in a public forum might be successful, but the Mathworks team supports the users professionally for such questions.
