How to get Matlab codes in Simulink. ?

I hav a matlab function(m file). I want to get this in Simulink to see the output in the scope. The program and its output is attached . Pls help me in getting this signal in Simulink (output should come in scope).

Actually, its the same. Only thing I have added the codes here. Moreover, I have studied those links what you have given me and also tried to implement in my program, but still getting errors. I just need the pulse which is in the matlab graph to be shown in the Simulink Scope.

You can use a MATLAB Function Block
