Undefined functions 'bboxOverLapRatio' and 'graph'

I am using Matlab R2013a and trying to run the following tutorial.

http://in.mathworks.com/help/vision/examples/automatically-detect-and-recognize-text-in-natural-images.html

But I get Undefined function error for 'bboxOverLapRatio' and 'graph' function. Which version of Matlab (or which version of vision toolbox) supports this ?
