How to know whether the Idle speed controller in the Generic engine block is active?

I am using a Generic engine block in Simscape. After double-clicking on the block, you can set an Idle speed controller on the tab Speed control. Is it possible to plot in time whether this controller is active?
[Simscape 3.11, Matlab R2014a]
