Does matlab support multithreading?
I need to to disintegrate a video into its jpeg frames. And run a single piece of code individually on each frame simultaneously(as in multithreading ). Is it possible?
If not,Is there any other way to do it?

You need the Parallel Computing Toolbox to do that, probably the smpd feature.
Note: real-time video acquisition can be a problem in MATLAB. The Image Acquisition Toolbox can help with that.
