I try to tune my PI controller but I always get the error message "Subscript no. 2 is out of range" and "Plant cannot be linearized"

hey, I try to tune my PI controller in simulink with the Tune function. But always i get this error message: "Subscript no. 2 is out of range" and "Plant cannot be linearized" .
Do you have some ideas, why this is happed and how I can fix it? Thank you for your help.
