I have created a plot with three y axes using the plotyyy code, I would like to rotate the plot as it is showing nutrients against depth so ideally depth should be in the y axis position so to speak.
Have tried using view [-90 90] but that only rotates the first two data sets and misses the last one. rotate(ax,[0 0 1],1) doesn't move the plot at all.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Why don't just plot with the desired dependent datasets as the y values to begin with? What am I missing?
On the question as asked, have you checked if the three y axes handles are connected via linkaxes?
