Where are detailed, specific, and up-to-date instructions to get MATLAB working with Amazon EC2 ?

The Amazon EC2 instance mentioned at https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00F009JDY is no longer working. Is there a replacement Amazon AMI or is this service not offered ? Also This link http://www.mathworks.com/products/parallel-computing/matlab-parallel-cloud/index.html refers to getting started but there are no specifics. I have found older instructions that refer to the above Amazon link but nothing recent. Thanks

Likewise, I can't find any information on how to do this that actually works. Can Mathworks support answer this question?
