whats the best way to run ansys workbench 16. from matlab?

I have a workbench file in ansys 16.2 with input parameters and an output transfer function all set up. What is the best way to call the file send the parameters and retrieve the transfer function from matlab?

You should import CAD geometry for analysis using Matlab. but ANSYS workbench is also use for approximate analysis. If you have drown geometry in ANSYS convert it into CAD format and import to MatLab
