Inputting a genetic circuit into SimBiology to get ODEs

I have been creating chemical reaction network diagrams and inputting reactions into SimBiology to obtain a set of ODEs. I was wondering if it's possible in SimBiology to input a genetic circuit- which has activation and repression arrows, instead of arrows pointing to reactions and species- and obtaining a set of ODEs? The genetic circuits I'm referring to look like this:

Hi,
The diagrams in the SimBiology Desktop do not currently support graphical notation for activation and repression. However, you can certainly still model this kind of system in SimBiology. You will just need to implement the model by specifying the detailed kinetics for activation and repression.

Hi,
I was wondering if you knew if there are any other programs out there who support graphical notation for activation and repression? I'm new to this field so I'm not aware of all the software out there.
