I'm a student but I need to buy a Mapping tool kit but I can't.

I'm a student and I need to buy a mapping toolkit. The school has an academic/site license but when I go to buy the mapping toolbox, it says affiliate license but when I do it won't validate. What's the problem and and how do I get the kit?

It's trying to pull the license but I think there's a bug.
