How do I know the confidence level of my linear regression model estimate?

1 view (last 30 days)
I developed a multiple variables regression model, (3 variables). I want to know, and hopefully, generate Confidence Levels for my estimates (50%, 80%,..). When I generated COnfidence Intervals for the model coefficients using coefCI( model, alfa), then run the model with these new coefficients, I found out that my original estimate from the model fitting coefficients are at 0% Confidence Level. This can't be correct. Please help if you can. I can clarify and send data if some one familiar with regression application. Regards Bahaa

It would be best if you can post your code and data.
I understand that you got the confidence intervals from coefCI. That makes perfect sense. I don't understand your next sentence: " ... run the model with these new coefficients, I found out that my original estimate from the model fitting coefficients are at 0% Confidence Level."
Why did you need to re-run your model? What is that you are trying to determine, conceptually?
