How do I Remove Instructions in GUI

I am using this program to test the frequency response of the ear ...when the gui is pooped up there is an instruction box popping along with the GUI.I dont want that

Sorry, but we don't have the gui at hand. So we cannot give instructions as to how to modify things. You will need to modify the code to prevent this from happening. Or, if you cannot do that, then learn to live with the pop-up.
