how can I measure frequency of the voltage signal in simulink

I am experiencing problem with PLL block to measure frequency of a three phase voltage signal. it showing the initial setting as reading.

By resetting the clock of simualtion from rising edge of the signal to falling edge of the reference signal you can measure the frequncy of the signal. Here i have attached one simulink model, form this model you can measure frequncy.
