Command to verify the training set in NN

Hi Everyone, I am using NN toolbox to train my dataset and use it for my estimation of the problem and i got my MSE and R values as expected but i want to know is there any command in Matlab through which i can enter my output data and get the input of my input Matrix. It will be really helpful if anyone give me some pointers on how to verify the training set.

I am not sure if i understand the question. Is it the " plotconfusion " function you are looking for?
