Hi,

Is there a way to set installation options for MATLAB Runtime libraries (MCR)? The objective is to choose only the relevant libraries to my application in order to minimize the size of the libraries on the system. Note that I've searched online a lot but found no up-to-date answer.

There is no way at present to do that. Possibly in future.

Starting from R2016a release, it's possible to distribute your application/Compiler SDK library with a subset of MATLAB Runtime that is needed for the application/library to run.
