Current version of MATLAB, add Antenna Toolbox. Mathworks also indicates, "RF Toolbox recommended. Phased Array System Toolbox recommended" .

To that I would suggest that depending on what you are doing, the Signal Processing Toolbox might be useful, and possibly the Communications Systems Toolbox as well.

From there... work with antenna could also potentially get into designing FPGA for signal processing, for which HDL Coder and Fixed Point Designer would be recommended (and depending upon the work flow, Simulink and perhaps SimElectronics might be useful.)

A lot depends on what you want to do with the antenna.
