Cannot open dicom images on mac..?

Hello

I have been using matlab for a few years on windows and I am now using it on a mac. I can't open any DICOM images.. the file extensions are gone and none of my code is opening images. I have tested the code and images today and it all works fine on windows. Is there a syntax difference? I tried replacing the \ with / to no avail.

You might want to cross-check the files on OS-X by using a viewer such as http://www.escape.gr/dicom/emvmac.html
