Need code for color feature

I am currently working on a project for crop disease detection. I want to extract the color feature from my segmented region as part of my feature vector but I'm not able to find the code anywer! I have heard people talk abt color co occurrence method but I haven't found anywer wer the implementation has been done. Can someone please help me in this regard and provide the code. its kinda urgent.
