How to make a white line on the video display?

Hiii Guys I've tried to make motion detection with a white line as the indicator. when there is an object should pass the white line the program will automatically detect motion and will take pictures. And the problem is that i still can't make white line on the video display, is there anyone that can provide information about the M-File source code??
