I am trying insall matlab on a new computer but am restricted to one computer. How do I delete the old one? My old computer is not accessible

My old matlab was running on a old computer which crashed I have installed a newer version on a new computer. I have a student license so am restricted to one user.

https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter . On Activations and Installations tab, you will be able to deactivate your old system.
