Tried to purchase a student suite and got nothing in return (so far).

I just tried to purchase a student license suite. On the first attempt, the page broke down on the order submission phase saying there was a system´s error and I should try again later. On the second attempt, it appeared the submission went through but it looked like it got stuck at a "order in progress" page (with a refresh button that I hit several times). I double checked with my credit card operator and they confirmed the value showed up to them and it was approved. Besides, I have no record of a purchase attempt on my account´s purchase history nor received any email confirming/denying it. Please help. Thanks

You need to contact Mathworks Support or Mathworks Sales for this. The people who answer questions here are mostly outside volunteers.

One way to reach "the proper channel" is to use the "Contact Us" link in the upper-right corner of this page. From there you can contact Support or Sales.
