fft of audio signal before and after the band pass filter

HELLO, PLEASE HELP ME,

QUE1: How to receive sound signal with sampling freq 44.1 KHz in matlab using matlab code?

que 2: can any1 tell me how to make band pass filter (fhigh=250hz, fstop=500 fc= 350hz) in matlab code and simulink?

que 3: can any1 suggest me how to find out fft of the audio signal for 44.1 KHz sampling freq, before and after the same above band pass filter to check that ma filter is correct or not!!

How is the audio being delivered to your system? Is it coming in through line-in, mic in, or are you using an A/D convertor board?

i am using audio in , mic in, using 3.5 jack audio input. so i heard about "analog input , winsound" but dont know how to use it.
