Where can I find lot of examples on for loop ?

Why not read the documentation? In fact, you will find examples of for loops there.

If you think that the examples you find there are not "real life" examples, then you are being silly. Anyway, a real life example of a for or while loop, written to do something that could not be done using vectorized methods, and by someone who truly understands these things, it may actually be too complex for you to follow as a novice. Why did they choose to use a loop there? And all the other stuff in and out of the loop just introduces needless complexities if all you want to do is understand a loop.
