I am a matlab student user. Today, I bought two toolboxes. The price should be $20(10 * 2) for student user, but the price was $58(29 * 2) as for a normal customer. I didn't realize that until just now. I paid $38 extra. Can I cancel the order and redo it correctly? Or I can get the extra $38 back directly? Thanks.

I believe $10 applies when you buy it together with the basic student suite, $29 when separate and the price for a standard license is ten times that or even more.

per is correct, the $10 only applies for toolkits purchased at the time the license itself is purchased.

You should contact with mathwork help desk.

Notice "With your MATLAB Student or Student Suite order". MATLAB Student and Student Suite are the basic licenses, the ones listed under "Core Product"
The $USD 10 for add-ons only applies when you are buying one of those licenses in that same order.
