Hi all !
I've been looking through Matlab answers for a solution to the problem I'm trying to tackle and I unfortunately haven't found anything quite clear for a beginner like myself !
So I have a (3D) stack of 90 512x512 pixel images of a cell for which I need to calculate the 3D centroid . From what I've read , I understand you have to use bwconncomp and region props but I don't quite understand how that will give me information regarding the z location of my cell . I am familiar with region props and I have used it to calculate the centroid for 2D but I really need help with tackling the 3D problem from scratch - please help !
Thanks
