I am attempting to install MatLab for the QUT Robotics course. I have downloaded the files but I cant install anything. It says it cant connect to Mathworks. In the Connection Settings box it is asking for information I dont know. It says I can leave it blank, but does not work that way either. I can't submit a Ticket as I have no License Number. I am on a home computer with a wireless modem. I have a Mathworks account. How do I install this program as nothing seems to work and I need to start this course now?

I did talk to someone who said everyone was busy and he took my name and number and then said someone would call me back. I will try again and seen if anyone can help me this time. Never had so much trouble with installing some software.

Then try a third time. Tell them you'll wait on the phone and that twice before you were told you would get a callback but never did so now you'll wait on the phone.

Call them on the phone. It doesn't matter that you don't have a license number. They will be able to get past that, unlike us, because they are the all powerful Mathworks. As long as you paid for it, or even if you didn't and just have a trial license, they will be able to help you. Again, call them like the FAQ says. Talk to a live person and don't let them off the phone until it's working for you. It's the fastest way.
