I am asking about which classifier can i use it for my topic to get good results??
No, you asked about the best algorithm. If you had been asking about algorithms that would get "good results" for your particular dataset, then you would have included a link to the data set or a copy of the data set in recognition of the fact that "good results" on one particular data set does not necessarily correspond to "good results" on any arbitrary dataset.
Furthermore you would also have described the algorithms you had already attempted, and you would have indicated the steps that you took to validate that you had a correct implementation of the algorithm (e.g., you would have included a reference to a paper that described the algorithm and the results they obtained on their test data set, and you would have obtained that same data set and verified that your implementation obtained the same results, so that you would know that the problem was not a mistake in your code but was instead an insufficiency in the algorithm when applied to the dataset of particular interest to you.
Our historical experience here has been that when someone asks for the "best algorithm" to do a non-trivial project, that it typically turns out that the person was hoping someone else would do the project for them.

We are not researchers in the emotion recognition community, but those who are have published papers, and you can find them here: VisionBib. Since every author thinks their algorithm is the best, it sounds like you need to look up some "review" papers first.
