Ive plotted a graphs showing (velocity.time) and (displacement.time) for an automotive damper.
How would I determine the energy a damper absorbs per cycle and the power it dissipates?

I understand that you want to determine the energy dissipation of an automotive damper per cycle.
There are many types of automotive dampers and they may behave differently. However, the simplest case mathematically is using viscous damping, where the damping force is the production of the damping parameter and the velocity. Energy dissipated per cycle is the integration of this force over one cycle. You can use the "integral" function to compute numerical integration.
