Solve a symbolic system of equations using Solve function

Hi everybody, I used the "solve" function i norder to solve a symbolic system of equations.

Knowing that I want to get as solution x,y and z,I obtain them always equal to zero and the solution i affected to the other variables. You can find in images the program I used. Please if you know what should I do, don't hesitate to help me. Thank you by advance.
