How do I extract midlines from this type of figure?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way or a standard algorithm to extract midlines from a type of image attached below. The only sure indication I have is that the line must pass near the center of the circle. The angle between the line and the horizontal axis of the figure is not fixed and can vary from image to image. These images come from very noisy ultrasound images. Thanks
