Does Matlab version 7.10.0.499(R2010a) support to run pskmod function?

From the website documentation I have came to know about pskmod for psk modulation. But I can't run pskmod command on my matlab(R2010a).What can I do now to do the same job in my matlab?

The pskmod function is part of Communications System Toolbox. If you do not have this toolbox (you can check if you do using the ver function) you will not be able to call this function from the toolbox.

According to the note at the bottom of its documentation page it was introduced before release R2006a, so it will be included in the version of that toolbox that is part of release R2010a.
