LDPC soft decision Simulink

Good day everyone, I'm working on a project about LDPC error correction capability in WSN by using MATLAB Simulink. i had successfully perform it for hard decision. However, i couldnt perform for soft decision as the output of LDPC decoder for soft decision is not in binary form which make it impossible to compare and calculate the BER. Can anyone please help on this issue? Is there any blocks i could add in to do some adjustment of the output of LDPC decoder? I hereby attached the file of my block diagram.
