Create 3D plot with multiple Z-points (x_i; y_j; z1, z2, z3,...) possible?

Hello everyone! For a current project I need to create a 3D surface plot based on several given x, y and z coordinates. Usually I would just do this with "surf" or "trisurf", however, as far as I understand this isn't possible when there are multiple z-values at the same (x,y) coordinate. Is there any other way to create a surface plot from the given data (see also below)?

See if the scatter3 function will do what you want.
