MATLAB ELECTRICAL MACHINE SIMULATION QUERY.

I have two questions and looking for its simulation solution.
(1.) How to run 1-Phase Induction motor at very very low rpm.(Torque should be as large as possible) (2.) How to run 1-Phase Induction motor in reverse direction ?
PLEASE HELP...
