how can i generate two axi streams for an IP block?

how to assign two axi stream interfaces for two data streams. For example my simulink block has two outputs which produces I and Q components ,these two outputs should be axi streams. I am using IP core generation workflow.

All the above examples has used only axilite interface , I need multiple axi stream interface . My subsystem has two outputs one I component and Q component these outputs must be axi streams.
