running compiled script from other compiled script in separate mcr instance

I have a compiled script that lists all other compiled scrips present on the machine. I am able to start a second script from the first one, but the second scripts runs in the same MCR instance.

If i start both .exe files from Windows directly they each run in their own instance.

How can i start the second script from the first, but in their own MCR instance?
