How can i separate the object of interest from its background?

I have this (fish5.jpg)
and i want this (Yellow_ZebrasomaTang_Fish_PNG_Clipart-461.png)
Note: This is not the actual fish from the original image but i just wanted you to have an idea of what I exactly need. I just want the fish cut out from the background.
Also if it is difficult to do it in coloured image, it is completely alright if someone can help me with the grayscale image first.
