Fitting a smooth membrane inside a closed curve

Greetings,

I am looking at a problem, where I obtain (x,y) coordinates of boundary points of a closed curve. The idea is to fit a smooth membrane inside this closed surface. I have tried, reducem, interparc spline fit, but they seem to add points that don't belong to the actual surface. Please help.

I have here attached a short demo form of my code and in the comments i have also defined the boundaries that are X1,Y1 and x1,y1 that form the closed curve, please if you can tell me how to plot the membrane inside the boundary of curve, actually i want the X and Y values along with a whole new curve with indexing such that in future it can also be separately plotted.
