I am not entirely sure whether students have access to old releases. If you were using any other license (except a MOOC license) then you would be able to purchase a current version of MATLAB and then download an older version.
(My technical research suggests that it is fairly likely you could upgrade to 64 bit Windows.)

R2015b was the last release with 32 bit support. You have to ask the official Matlab support, if you can get this with a student license. The public forum is not the best location to try to solve this problem. Contact the sales team instead.
