Getting a CFG file's list, as headings for a imported DAT file in Matlab, whilst giving the column headings as vectors.

I have a .DAT file with 65x3665 data matrix, I know how to import it into Matlab. The 65 Columns names are in a .CFG file.

How can my column names, be converted to sixty five 1x3665 matrixes, whilst getting the matrix variable names directly from the .CFG file?(Aught to be a few short lines of code?)(The idea is to import both files and not manually input the CFG file)(The data must come from a DAT file, but the CFG file type can be changed.)
