Getframe and screen size/resolution

Hi, there, I have a question related to creating movie using getframe within Matlab. For 30' monitor, getframe works fine for each image. When I change to 47' monitor, all images on the screen looks ok, but they are captured as black. Does the getframe depend on the resolution?
