How can I scale row height of clustergram/heatmap to given value?

I'm attempting to use the clustergram/heatmap functionality of matlab to display heatmap data. However, I would like to scale the row height of each item to a value that represents a quantity. Any suggestions on how to modify the existing clustergram class/function or its output to get what I want?
