Hi,
I've installed the 30day matlab trial last week, using the online login. Today I wanted to use it but got the following error: License checkout failed. License Manager Error -4 Maximum number of users for MATLAB reached. Try again later.
I've been using it in three different locations, three different internet connections, one of them being where I am now and got the error.
How can I solve this?
Greets, Jennifer

No I am not using Matlab online. I just installed one of the 30 day trial packages, for which you don't need an activation key, but it requires an internet connection and Mathworks account to be able to open matlab... (you need to log in each time).

I suggest you contact Mathworks for free licensing and installation assistance.

This error "License Manager Error -4" indicates that all licenses are currently in use. This means that all of the keys for MATLAB have been checked out from your license server. You will not be able to access a license for the product until another user has returned the license back to the pool.
Once MATLAB is launched a MATLAB license is checked out until the MATLAB session is exited. This means that a MATLAB session is active on one of your other machines, and needs to be exited before using it on a different computer.

I get this, but I am the only one who uses it and I used it on the same laptop each time...
