1 degree of freedom model for car seat

Hello everyone I have a dout in simulink I made 1 degree of freedom model for car seat where I m finding the natural frequency of mass. The natural frequency what Im gettting is correct but i have dout in peak gain it will come same for every signal with different amplitute?
