Fix to error 1731?

I have searched and tried everything to activate my trial and I keep getting this message, how does mathworks expect me to buy this software if I can't even access support because my trial won't activate. This doesn't let me acess support, this is really frustrating, I want to learn to use MATLAB and because of this, I have lost several days of my free trial!
