ANFIS - number of inputs

I solved an optimization problem (linear program) which has 10 inputs ( costs and capacities).can i use these 10 inputs and 2 outputs and use 4 membership functions for each input and 3 membership functions for each output. if i use 25 or 30 pairs of input, output data(examples) to the ANFIS tool box, can i get good accuracy in prediction.
