The attached figure seems to be a definition of Zgk. It is not equation really. What do you want to do?

i want zgk(100*1) complex values.but i get 100*1 real values.zgk follows the normal distrubution with 0 mean and 1/NtINt.

Here is the definition of the complex normal distribution:

You used the standard real normal distribution in your code.
